Who we are
This policy covers digital services operated by Zafranudin Zafrin (“Zafranudin Freelancing Service”), a freelance software consultancy based in Malaysia. This includes client applications we build and manage on behalf of our clients, as well as our own platforms.
What we collect
- Account information — name, email address, and phone number when you create an account on a client application.
- Usage data — anonymous analytics (page views, device type) via privacy-focused tools like Umami.
- Communication data — messages sent through WhatsApp Business API or email for transactional purposes (booking confirmations, login links, notifications).
- Files and uploads — images or documents you upload within client applications (e.g. evidence screenshots, profile photos).
How we use your data
- To provide and operate the services you signed up for.
- To send transactional messages (login links, confirmations, reminders).
- To improve our services through anonymous usage analytics.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your data with third parties except as needed to operate the service (e.g. email delivery via Resend, WhatsApp via Twilio).
Third-party services
We use the following services to operate:
- Twilio — WhatsApp Business API for transactional messaging.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Railway — application hosting.
- Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, and security.
- Umami — privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics.
Each service processes data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We select services that respect user privacy.
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Withdraw consent for communications at any time.
